Reservations- Reservations can be made by calling 404.275.3541.  Confirmations will be sent to you by email or by phone.  We request a 48 hour notice for cancellations.

Payments- Payments are to be left in full at the time of the first visit for Vacation Visits and weekly for Midday Walks.  We accept cash and checks. Please make checks payable to Intown Critter Care.

Keys- We request that two sets of keys be left with us.  The second set will be safely stored at our office. A $10 charge will apply if a seperate trip is necessary to pick-up or drop-off a key. No charge if keys are given at time of consultation/orientation.

Vaccinations- We require that all of our client's pets be up to date on vaccinations as required by law.

Contract - A detailed binding contract will need to be signed at time of consultation/orientation.
